This hotel was clean and well-maintained, offering a private bathroom for added comfort.

Overall had such great stay on the 1st night of a 4 motorcycle trip. The hotel was in an excellent and lovely position very close to sightseeing and eating out as well as eastern Canada. Moreover, it was 1 km from Waves Indoor Waterpark.

The personal was amazingly friendly and amiable. I had big size family room with 2 queen beds, back window, for example.

The Gateway Motel boasts a fantastic location near the garden and town center. the king room I stayed in featured two queen beds and offered beautiful views from the back window. the highlight of my stay was the incredibly friendly staff.

Gateway Motel is a lovely spot for a night away. the personnel are very friendly, and the location is absolutely perfect, just a stone's throw from the town center. Guests can enjoy a nice pool and the convenience of on-site parking. Plus, the wifi is great!

We recently stayed at Gateway Motel for a short getaway and were kinda surprised. Despite some minor issues mentioned in other reviews, our room wasvery comfy and tidy. The location was convenient, and the air conditioning worked well to keep us cool during the hot summer days. The owners were friendly and accommodating. we had a satisfactory experience and would recommend this motel for a short stay.

We had a pleasant stay at a very old and dated motel with reasonable prices. The room we chose was clean and of a good size. Despite the need for a major renovation, we appreciated the minor renovations that had been done. Although there were little issues like a bathroom window that didn't close properly, allowing bugs to come in, and a noisy and dirty air conditioning unit, it served its purpose as a bed and shower at a reasonable price. The gentleman at the front desk was helpful and we enjoyed a lovely view from our back window. We also received breakfast even though we missed the cutoff time.

The family room was perfect for our family of 5, with comfortable beds and a great shower. The breakfast offered a delicious variety of toast, coffee, juice, yogurt, cakes. The quiet location was near all the local attractions, and we especially enjoyed kayaking and relaxing by the pool in the evenings. The owner was incredibly welcoming and made our stay memorable. The gradual renovations being done added to the motel's character.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to everything in the Thousand Islands. We were able to easily explore the town centre and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made our check-in process smooth. Additionally, the complimentary continental breakfast was a nice touch, with a variety of options to choose from.

We did notice some discrepancies between the pictures shown online and the actual state of the room, such as sloppy painting and baseboards coming off the wall.

As bike riders, we appreciated the secure bike storage and the convenient location near biking trails. the staff was friendly and helpful.

Felt at ease, nothing to gripe about.
